BUK Scraps Post UTME For 2021 Admission
Bayero University, Kano (BUK) has scrapped Post UTME exams for candidates seeking admission into the institution for the 2021/2022 academic session.
Candidates seeking admission at the university will not be subjected to any written Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination test as done previously.
The university, however, said it would conduct online screening for all candidates of UTME and Direct Entry who have chosen the institution as a first choice to enable them to key into the university’s portal.
Meanwhile, BUK online screening for 2021 admission will commence on 3rd September 2021 and close on 18th September 2021.
However, the printing of the acknowledgement slips will continue up to midnight of 20th September 2021.
BUK is a university situated in Kano, Kano State, Nigeria.
It was founded in 1975, when it was renamed from Bayero University College and upgraded from university college to university.
It is the first university in Kano State.
