When will Direct Entry Registration For 2022 start?
JAMB has announced 19th February 2022 as the latest commencement date for the sales of 2022/2023 DIRECT ENTRY form.
This means that the 2022 Direct Entry Form will start selling officially on jamb.gov.ng from 19th February 2022.
JAMB Direct entry form will close on the 31st March 2022.
This means that JAMB has fixed 31st March 2022 as the latest deadline for DE registration.

Does Direct Entry Write JAMB
No!
Direct entry candidates are ONLY to APPLY for ADMISSION through JAMB, no exam will be conducted or given by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board.
Does Direct Entry Write Post UTME
The truth is that some schools both federal and state Universities do conduct post UTME exams for direct entry candidates while some do not.
This means that schools like UNILORIN do conduct aptitude test exams for students applying for admission to the school while schools like UNICAL, CRUTECH do not conduct post UTME exams for direct entry candidates.
so, it all depends on the school you are applying to.

Requirements for Direct Entry Admission In Nigeria
- A minimum of 5 credits in the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Ordinary Level Credits in a maximum of two (2) sittings. Some schools like UNILAG required one sitting.
- Degree (First Class/Second Class Upper) in related fields.
- Direct entry candidates are required to purchase the Direct Entry form through the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) And your school of choice Portal. i.e after buying the direct entry form from JAMB, you will have to wait for your school direct entry form to be out.
- A minimum of Merit Pass in the National Certificate of Education (NCE), National Diploma (ND) and other Advanced Level Certificates.
- Other qualifications such as JUPEB, DIPLOMA, PRE–DEGREE, IJMB, acceptable to the Senate of the University, and being equivalent to (1) and (4) above. In addition to the above minimum admission requirements, candidates must also satisfy such Faculty/Departmental entry requirements.

The management of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced Four Thousand Seven Hundred Naira (N4,700) as the latest cost Price for 2022 Direct Entry FORM.
This means that Direct Entry form 2022 sales at Four Thousand Seven Hundred Naira (N4,700).
