We Didn’t Impose Fees On Students – UNICAL Mgt

The Management of the University of Calabar, UNICAL has said it didn’t impose school fees on students.

In a statement made available to THE PARADISE on Monday.

According to the report, the new scheduled school fees was a mutual agreement between Management and the leadership of the students (SUG), as well as other stakeholders not the doings of the Vice-Chancellor.

The statement further added that the Management of the University prior to the commencement of the 20/21 academic session, took a hard look at the rising inflationary trend in the nation against the backdrop of the delivery of programmes and projects as encapsulated in the blueprint it formulated to improve academic excellence as well as meet the yearnings of its students.
