A person or student who is above Thirty (30) years of age CAN NOT GO for National Youth Service (NYSC).

What Is NYSC Certificate Of Exemption?

NYSC Certificate of exemption is issued to someone who by law could not participate in the NYSC scheme despite the fact that such person attended a regular program in a University or Polytechnic program and graduated.
