    I sincerely appreciate the effort of the Nigerian government for this, but i got acceptance into university of nicosia in Cyprus to study oil and gas engineering.
    That’s why am looking for the loan, my tuition fees is about €40,000 for the whole academic years. Please help me dear reader, i don’t have means!
