I paid 2461 naira for post UTME exam in FUTA through Remita. My father’s account has been debited, the account name is Tony James. I received the report that the transaction is pending. Futa registration for post UTME is closing on the 24th January, what do I do?

I have already confirmed my payment but for me to do that i had to send the message to remita directly. Now i want to print the exam slip but since the transaction for the payment has not been confirmed i cant access the portal to print.
The portal is showing my filled form and when I clicked on print schedule slip,it was saying that I have to complete my application

Please I’ve been trying to do my reprint …once I click on print schedule slip it brings out the acknowledgement form …what do I do
