Eligibility/Requirements for CRUTECH Supplementary Form 2021
- Candidates who chose CRUTECH as their First Choice institution but missed the first screening.
- Candidates who chose CRUTECH as their second choice.
- Candidates that did not choose CRUTECH as first or second choice but are interested in the university and scored 160 and above in the 2020 UTME examination can also apply but you must, first of all, go for a change of institution.

Obtain the CRUTECH Supplementary admission form Via CRUTECH Undergraduate Portal.

Click on the Post UTME.

Follow the instructions provided on the portal to successfully buy and register for the CRUTECH online Post UTME screening exercise.

Upload all the required documents i.e JAMB Result slip, Olevel Results, Olevel result checker card, Birth Certificate, State Of Origin, and passport.

Print out your POST UTME Registration slip afterward.
