Throughout the year, Williston brings in visiting artists to share their expertise in our academic and campus life programs. In the last few years alone, we\u2019ve had dozens, including street arts practitioners, ceramicists, YA authors, Random House editors, Grammy-winning musicians, social media artists, and sports photographers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>

The Grum Project<\/h1>

The Grum Project is Williston\u2019s visiting artist program, funded by a generous alumna. As Tanja Hollander prepared her Mass MoCA show, Are You Really My Friend?, she spent three days on campus discussing social media\u2019s intersection with art and set up a campus-wide Instagram account, @willistonpictureswords.<\/p>\n

Grubbs Gallery<\/h2>\n

Williston’s on-campus art gallery showcases the work of students, faculty, and visiting artists. It is located in the Reed Campus Center.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Photographers' Lecture Series<\/h2>\n

Each year, an outstanding group of guest documentary photographers, photojournalists, commercial photographers, photo editors, and others involved in the field, visit the Williston Northampton campus to show examples of their work and offer insight and opportunity for discussion as part of the school’s Photographers’ Lecture Series.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Writers' Workshop<\/h1>
