Singing and instrumental music have long been a part of the Williston culture. In the evenings, you might hear the Jazz Band rehearsing \u201cTake Five\u201d in the lead up to the fall concert. Or the Teller Chorus harmonizing \u201cJingle Bells\u201d in the dining commons during the holidays. Or a soloist giving you chills at the spring concert. Instrumentalists may play in Instrumental Music Ensemble or Jazz Band. Singers may join the Teller Chorus or Williston Fusion.\u00a0All musicians may choose to take private lessons and perform at special events and concerts throughout the year. Williston Scholars is a trimester-long course that allows students to deeply engage with a topic he or she is passionate about in any discipline.
